Duncan Van Dusen is Tango Health's CEO, leading sales, marketing, finance, and client relationship strategy. He also serves on the Board of Directors. He brings with him over 18 years of experience working with software and service companies. At Works, he led the sales effort which netted 400,000 end users from over 2100 different organizations, and spend volume growth of 100+% per year reaching an industry-leading $16B. Before Works/Bank of America, Mr. Van Dusen was Vice President of a corporate awards services company and worked in France in Mobil Oil's international executive program. He holds a Masters in Public Health from the University of Texas and serves on the Philanthropy Council of School Year Abroad.

Todd Praisner

Todd Praisner President

As President of Tango Health, Todd Praisner draws on his 24 years of experience to lead product development, operations and technology. While at Works, he developed their groundbreaking patented approach to credit card management and holds multiple patents for his innovations. He also ensured 99.999% availability of Works' internet-delivered application over a period of 5 years. Before Works, Mr. Praisner was Director of Software Development at Tivoli/IBM where he was responsible for the first Tivoli product to generate $1B in annual revenue.

Pete Pearson

Pete Pearson Vice President, Finance

Pete Pearson joined Tango Health as Vice President of Finance in May, 2011. He brings over 14 years of progressive experience with both public and privately-held high growth companies in a variety of industries. He also served in the audit practice of the public accounting firm Arthur Andersen. Mr. Pearson's experience includes auditing, SEC reporting, business process re-engineering, mergers and acquisitions, creation and consolidation of international entities, and strategic financial leadership. Prior to joining Tango Health, Mr. Pearson served as Vice President, Finance of Lombardi Software through its acquisition by IBM. Prior to Lombardi, he served in leadership roles for Golfsmith (NASDAQ: GOLF), Toppan Photomasks (formerly DuPont Photomasks - NASDAQ: DPMI), AMPAM, Inc., and Synopsys (formerly Avant! Corp - NASDAQ: AVNT). A licensed CPA, Mr. Pearson started his career in public accounting in Portland, Oregon and received his Bachelor of Science Degree with an emphasis in Business Management & Accounting from Oregon State University.

Brian R. Smith

Brian R. Smith Member, Board of Directors

Brian Smith serves as a managing director of S3 Ventures and on the Board of Directors for Tango Health. He leads the team's efforts in technology, infrastructure and software. At 35, he co-founded the Convergent Investors Fund, a $70M early-stage venture capital firm in Texas. Mr. Smith served as managing director of Convergent Investors, where he oversaw investments in 10 companies. At age 29, he founded and served as chairman and CEO of Crossroads Systems (Nasdaq: CRDS). He led Crossroads through five rounds of venture, strategic and mezzanine financing and to a successful IPO in 1999. Mr. Smith ran Crossroads as a public company for nearly four years. In this role, he was an early pioneer in Storage Area Networks ("SANs"), which are industry standard solutions today. For his efforts, he was awarded the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2000. He spent the first seven years of his career in electrical engineering positions holding product development roles within the Technology Group of the IBM Corporation.

Mr. Smith earned a BSEE with honors from the University of Cincinnati and an MSEE from Purdue University. He served on the board of Conformative Systems (acquired by Intel), Chicory Systems (acquired by CEVA, Phurnace (acquired by BMC Software) and Crossroads Systems (Nasdaq: CRDS). He currently serves on the boards of Callvine, Digby, Invodo, LibreDigital, OrthoAccel, Sipera, StoredIQ, and Tango Health.

Mike P. Turner

Mike P. Turner Member, Board of Directors

Mike Turner has more than 20 years of experience in building and growing successful companies. Most recently, he was the founder and CEO of Waveset Technologies, an identity management software company acquired by Sun Microsystems for $150 million. At Waveset, Mr. Turner received the Austin Under 40 Award for technology and business innovation and was a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award. He serves as a judge for the Ernst & Young Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award and is a guest lecturer and Moot Corp Judge at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas. Prior to his role at Waveset, Mr. Turner served as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Austin Ventures, the largest venture capital firm in the southwest. Previously, he served as vice president and general manager of Tivoli's $1.2 billion enterprise business unit, which focused on Information Technology solutions. Mr. Turner spearheaded Tivoli's entry into the enterprise security space, resulting in revenue growth from zero to $200 million in just two years. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Texas.
