Client Services Advisor (Seasonal)  

The Role
Located in Austin, TX

We’re looking for an experienced customer service professional to assist our growing population of account holders and client administrators with their health cost and options questions. As a part of the Client Services team, he/she will drive five-star service experiences through excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong instinct in handling routine and unexpected situations. Additionally, he/she will build up topical expertise in Health Savings Accounts and other facets of consumer-directed health care, and client specific benefit options.

Here’s what you’ll do:
• Provide top-notch servicing to incoming inquiries from individual consumers for Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), and specific benefits information through our toll-free, email, and online ticketing systems
• Follow and develop operational procedures and record of important best practices and individual servicing tickets
• Conduct on-the-spot training for individual consumers on the Tango Health software functionality, best practices, and education on HSAs and client’s benefit options
• Coordinate with technical team on production or software issues
• Become expert and “go to” person for HSAs and Consumer-Directed Health Care
• Understand and advise on benefit interactions, as well as directing consumers to the right resources to make an informed decision on their benefits selection.
• Remain accountable for success through direct feedback, metrics review, and peer coaching

About You:
• 1+ years of experience in customer service for software technology and service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, inclusive of preparing well-designed email communications and clear instructions over the phone
• Ability to multi-task multiple issues and work well in a team environment
• Experience troubleshooting technical and financial errors that require quick thinking, independent thought, and group collaboration
• Self-starter, able to learn and retain technology products and procedures, success in managing toward established metrics
• Comfort and ability to excel in a high-activity and high-uncertainty environment
• A high degree of initiative, intelligence, contagious enthusiasm and passion
• High School Degree or higher
• Flexible schedule to accommodate varying hours based on availability of other advisors
