Organizations that recently met the June 30 IRS filing deadline for the Affordable Care Act (ACA) deserve some well-earned congratulations — and their HR teams may be looking forward to a break from ACA reporting before diving back into reporting tasks for this year. However, it’s critical to keep in mind that year is already half over — which means some businesses may already be incurring fines.
